In my painting and photography, the dynamic interplay of natural, cultural, historic, spiritual, mystical and human elements inspires me infinitely. Visible and unseen meet between boundary and boundless. Time, space, light, shadow, interpretation, meaning, symbolism, poetry of the fleeting moment -- moving through urban, wild and inner landscapes of infinite elemental variety, touching both intimate and personal, vast and eternal. All unfolding with engaged perceptive imagination -- active in making and experiencing the finished and evolving work. A vital quality captured in mixed media painting or photographic print, radiates out into the space it inhabits, touching others in subtle ways.
